Reactions to a video showing friends and relatives throwing a lavish celebration to celebrate their friend's release from kidnappers were mixed.
The girlfriend of the man who was abducted, @machala940, posted the footage on TikTok.
She said that the boyfriend slept in the kidnappers' den for two days while they collected the N75 million ransom.
They decided to thank God for his survival by throwing him a lavish party to commemorate his survival.
Many online users, however, are not pleased with their lavish celebration, believing it to be a simple way for the kidnappers to bring back him.
