EFCC Grants Crossdresser Bobrisky Bail, Seizes His International Passport
Crossdresser Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, has been granted bail by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), but his international passport has been seized because he has not yet fulfilled the requirements of his bail. According to reports, Bobrisky was caught and arrested by the EFCC on Wednesday night, April 3, 2024, at its Lagos command for abusing money, spraying notes with money, and deforming money. The 31-year-old was called in by the EFCC following the release of a video showing him spraying and flaunting wads of brand-new Naira notes at the Ajakaju movie premiere in Lekki, Lagos, on March 24, 2024. The film is produced by Nollywood actress and producer Eniola Ajao. Commission sources state that although Bobrisky has been given bail, he has not yet met the conditions necessary to be released. Our source did not, however, disclose the terms of the agreement.
