Yul Edochie, a well-known Nollywood actor, has called for help following a deadly accident involving a film director who had a spinal cord injury. In a recent Instagram post, the actor stated that JP Nwanganga, a Nollywood filmmaker, had been involved in a tragic accident and was without help. Yul Edochie appealed to Nigerians for assistance in helping JP Nwanganga recover from his trauma, underlining the gravity of the situation. Describing JP as one of the most nice people in the profession, he asked well-meaning Nigerians not to wait until it was too late to offer help, as well as sharing JP's phone number on social media.

Dear Nollywood and fans of Nollywood one of our directors was involved in a fatal accident. I hear his spinal cord is broken. His name is JP Nwanganga. One of Nollywood's coolest directors. PIs allowed us to get him back on his feet by all way possible. Let's not wait until he dies before we start posting photos.

In a different post, he said the movie director's crucial significance in his life, as well as his efforts to influence young talent in Ebonyi state.
