A recent bandit attack on Mai Dabino the village in Katsina State's Danmusa Local Government Area killed about seven people
on Saturday night. According to an eyewitness, the attack resulted in the kidnapping of an indeterminate number of
people, primarily women and children, who were carried to a nearby forests. According to an eyewitness, the hoodlums
shot randomly for nearly three hours after invading the village around 10:00 p.m. yesterday, scaring the villagers.
