Rita Edochie, a veteran actress, has publicly expressed her dissatisfaction of Yvonne Jegede's support for Yul Edochie and Judy Austin's marriage on a recent
podcast.Yvonne had previously featured on The Honest Bunch podcast and expressed her support for Yul's decision to marry his
second wife, Judy Austin. Rita Edochie, who has repeatedly expressed her displeasure of Yul's marriage, was disappointed by
Yvonne's statements on the show. Rita questioned whether Yvonne would have defended her sister's interests if she were May Edochie, Yul's estranged wife.
She also highlighted the difference between Yul and Regina Daniels' husband, Ned
Nwoko, claiming that Yul openly insulted his estranged wife on social media, whereas Ned Nwoko, a known polygamist and
Muslim, conforms to his religion's precepts. Rita accepted that polygamy is not a sin or an abomination, but she emphasised that it
frequently causes confusion and casts curses on people who support Yul Edochie's second marriage.
