Afrobeat singer Asake discusses his collaboration with senior
colleague Wizkid, stating that he was unaware that he would be including him. It
is worth mentioning that Wizkid appears on the highlight tune "MMS" off his
newly released third studio album, Lungu Boy.
During a recent Instagram Live session, fans asked him how it felt to
collaborate with Wizkid for the first time. Asake claimed that he didn't know or
plan to feature Wizkid on the song since he had someone else in mind. P.Prime, a
music producer, played the song for Wizkid, who immediately fell in love with it
and chose to feature on it. Asake gave a big shout-out to Wizkid, calling their
song the number-one single in the country.
