When a soldier saw a Nigerian guy wearing military camouflage, he punished him by having him mop the outside of a shopping mall while it was pouring. The incident was posted along with a video on the social networking site X, which was formerly Twitter.
The video shows the soldier standing close by as the worker wipes the damp floor outside the complex. There are a number of people observing from the mall's upper and lower floors. The person who uploaded the post said that the soldier made the man finish the work as a punishment for dressing in military uniform. "He wore a soldier's cap, and the soldier told him to mop the whole complex in the rain," reads the caption of the film, which provides more context for the events.
