 receiving a cease and desist letter from Davido's legal team. Dammy Krane was told to remove his accusations against Davido

 police officer recalling the events surrounding Davido's friend Tagbo's death. The officer claimed that Tagbo was abandoned in his car on Davido's orders,

 which contradicts Davido's account of events. Dammy Krane has now declared himself a witness to the incident and is demanding justice for Tagbo.
