Peterson Okopi, a gospel singer, is engaged to Prudent Gabriel, a fashion designer. On Monday, July 1, the extremely happy artist took to Instagram to share photographs and videos of his engagement. In his initial post, Peterson Okopi included images of himself with a magnificently illuminated sign behind him that read, "Will you marry me?" He captioned the photo, "IN THE BEGINNING……….. Happy new month, family." Another video post shows Peterson smiling as he gives the engagement ring, which is still in its box. The video also shows him holding a flower, saying the phrase "She said yes," and grasping his fiancée's hands.
The Osuba singer captioned the photo, "A NEW DAWN." The entire proposal video will be available on my YouTube channel by 4 p.m. Prudent, his fiancée, also shared an Instagram photo of herself with the flowers, displaying her engagement ring. She captioned the shot, "I said YES To The One That God Purposed Especially For Me." Prudent published many photos of herself and her fiancé on the photo-sharing app, all of which showed them 'loved-up' and smiling. She captioned the image, "When God said WAIT, I didn't understand until you showed up." Peterson is signed to TWC Records, based in Lagos.
