According to Grimes, she has made numerous attempts to contact Elon Musk via phone calls and emails, even booking meetings, but he has been unresponsive. Grimes also cautioned that without Musk's prompt assistance, their son could suffer lasting disability. Her post reads: "Please respond to our son's medical situation. I apologise for doing this publicly, but it is no longer appropriate to overlook the problem. "This requires immediate action." "If you don't want to talk with me, can you please designate or hire someone so that we can move forward in solving this" .
