The burial arrangement banner for late Nigerian star Junior Pope has leaked online, gaining a lot of attention. Mr Odonwodo, popularly known as Junior Pope, and four other crew members died on April 10 when their boat capsized in Anam River, Anambra State, while returning from a movie shoot. Of the 12 persons in the ill-fated boat, perhaps seven were rescued alive, while five died, including Mr Odonwodo. Mr. Odonwodo's funeral arrangements began on April 23 with a requiem service at Saint John-Mary Vianney Parish in Asaba, Delta State, according to his family's notice on his burial poster.
According to the funeral announcement on the poster, which was signed by Divine Odonwodo on behalf of the family, another requiem mass would be held on May 13 at Christ the King Catholic Parish, G.R.A, Enugu. On May 14, an evening of tributes and illumination will begin at 5 p.m. in Enugu's Amadeo Event Centre. On May 16, a wake will be conducted at his country house at Uwala Abaka, Ukehe, a village in Enugu's Igbo-Etiti Local Government Area. The Nollywood actor will eventually be laid to rest on Friday, May 17 at his rural home, following a burial liturgy at Saint Peter's Catholic Church in Ukehe. The interment will take place shortly following the actor's burial.
However, some eagle-eyed netizens noticed that the 'husband ' was not mentioned in the tributes to the actor.
